Yes, but there are fewer such positions so there is more competition for them than summer hosting jobs. Some are just offered to summer workers without advertising, others are just fulltime nonseasonal positions.
If interested in a winter position, it is already time to be looking. I noticed that "Workers On Wheels": http://www.work-for-rvers-and-campers.com/ already has jobs listed for next winter. The issue I have noticed is that winter jobs often are volunteer in both public and private campgrounds, the old "supply and demand" at work.
