Which battery is better for a 160 watt solar panel?

With lithium batteries, you need a BMS (battery management system) either built-in or add-on. The second one has the BMS.

There are some lithium batteries designed for starting, some are deep-cycle. The ones you linked specify they are deep cycle.
 
The second one has a big warning about charging outside of the parameters it wants. You will need to pick your solar charge controller based on this requirement. This probably means a charge controller where all the stages are programmable.

I believe all lithium batteries are deep cycle.
 
No, that will be fine.  Okay it appears not all lith batts are deep cycle.
