Hey all, just finally got the step van I had to literally stop my whole life for. It's already pretty much good to go pre-conversion but I'm planning on a full set-up. In California, I looked today and noticed this :

Specifically the part: Licensed van converter. Now does this mean that I can't register it in Cali if I do it myself? Where can I do this DIY? I do actually have an "abode" (my mums home ) in AZ, is it easier there? :huh:
