I was in Urbana IL, then NSB FL, back to Urbana IL, then off to NSB in six months, hopefully for good this time. I would be houseless and out in a van full time, but alas, my beloved does not share my desire. She does however, acknowledge the fact that if she goes first I'll be gone in a van in a heartbeat.

I got to see the Champaign-Urbana area during my USAF tech training at Chanute AFB/Rantoul in 1976. Been awhile, I imagine it has grown.

This cracks me up, my dad was at Chanute starting in 1973 (retired from there in '77), I went to HS there.  If you ever went to the enlisted pool I was the lifeguard with blond hair down to my butt and a bad attitude.

Base closed around 1990, C-U however, has gotten much bigger.

 Queenie and I are near Ft Rucker AL.  Rain & Wind since last night, no hail yet.  Weather is supposed to get worse as the day progresses, maybe hail and tornados.  Queenie has been out twice during lulls in the rain,  she did run back in rather quickly when wind shook the water out of the tree she was near.

 My niece lives just across the line in FL.  I need to ask her what area No Sum Bitches FL is in.

My son is in Rapid City. We did a week in Yellowstone last summer and it was amazing. Spent a few days there before going into Montana for a few days and then back through Yellowstone. We stealth parked all over the whole time. This summer we're doing Yosemite.

A summer job there will be amazing. You are going to have an awesome summer.
