When it comes to fuel economy how much cheaper is natural gas vs regular gas?

I don't really know how much they have to modify the stock engine to go dual fuel, so it's hard to say.  A lot of it - ignition system, charging system, etc. - is doubtless unchanged.  The fuel system is probably radically different even for the gasoline part.  Maybe.

My - GUESS - is that if it came from the factory as dual fuel (for example, I believe Ford has a dual fuel option for some trucks) then the dealership should be able to service it.

Beyond that, I would find the nearest place that refuels CNG vehicles and ask THEM who in the area works on them.

Regards
John

I like to keep things simple.  Go with the gasoline-only vehicle.  Plenty around and any mechanic can work on them - no problems with DUAL fuel nonsense.  I try to avoid anything that will cause problems when on the road away from my usual haunts.
