What kind of seat goes on this?

This appears too swivel around to a table. I do not know what kind of seat or apparatus this is. Anyone have an idea?

I'm not sure what that is but I'd say it's too light duty to support vehicle seating.

A TV mount? Satellite dish bracket?

looks like it swivels then locks in place with the twist knobs.

I don't have a clue but it looks like specialty made.

There appear to be adjustment holes in the lock down plate and both lock downs are on the same side, which would tend to indicate something mounted tends to block reaching the locking knobs maybe or something tilts to an angle and locks in place?

it does swivel. it actually swivels over infront of a table which leads me to believe that it is made for some kind of chair

yeah it swivels over to in front of a table.
