I am in CoMo.  I 70 about mile 120 or so. Remember?

Just saying, I have helped install systems for a few people.  If you want any experienced help, I work for something to keep my mind active.

i have been looking at portable  solar so if i decide to sell the van i can put them on my next rig to step up in a year or two

I have some tricks with power cords that make everything super easy.

You trim the MC3 connectors off, and instal the largest 120V male plugs available. (Get a female plug to cover the exposed ends when not connected.)  Those go into a power strip, and that in a heavy duity power cord.  The power cord goes to a 120V outlet that is connected to the storage batteries.

Basically you are using that system to put power in, instead of taking power out.

BE 100% SURE TO LABLE THE OUTLET GOING TO THE BATTERIES SOLAR INLET ONLY!

BTW, you have your FB on private, and messageing disabled here on CRVL.
