FWIW, an alternative perspective on the garden sprayer with kitchen faucet adapter which all/ many say is the way to go.
I personally have found that the fine mist from the original mister wand sufficient to wet and rinse while maintaining the absolutely lowest water usage.
One shower with .5-.75 gallon of water. The pressure
is enough to power off the soap even with the fine mist from the original wand. And no extra cost, time to get and adapt. Try it first before going the adapter route, it might work for you as well.
However, the original wand is too long and so I cut the extension tube down to only a few inches long. Easier to handle and swing around for backside duty.
Paint the tank black and get some solar heat action going. But in my experience, never gets as hot as a solar bag shower, the polypropylene tank is too thick it appears for good heat transfer.
The other mod that I did was add/splice a coiled length of air hose to the original hose which gives greater range and extension. My tank is fixed inside my minivan door and this way, I can shower from either side of the van, whichever side gives me the most privacy. Not offering any free shows, have to pay for that privilege on my webcam show.
