Want to donate a vehicle

We would like to donate a vehicle to Homes on Wheels Alliance. Who do we need to talk to about doing such a thing? We checked HOWA site but it is still under construction. We know HOWA has a lot going on and is just getting rolling-we were just wondering if there is a specific contact person that will be doing/handling the vehicle donations.
