Use Blogger? Here is how to fix replies so they actually work

If you been to my blog or many others that use blogger like i have, you might have noticed clicking reply on some of them does nothing.  Well i got tired of it and fixed mine today, so if you have this problem this method linked here worked for me (the first one, real easy).  Its sad blo.gger itself didnt address this issue, the fix i used is from 2013 and i found posts even older looking for a fix.
