Hello Everyone!
They say that if you wait until you are completely ready, you will never actually start or do anything. That has been true to life for me and it certainly applies now.
So, with all that being said, I will begin the van dwelling journey called, "Van on 66" in just a few days. it has been a very long process of many years, but the time has finally come that I know I have to do this, and do it now. Over 12 years has passed since I took the last step of my walking journey from Chicago to Santa Monica on old Route 66. And though I did have media coverage, there was a lot of things that were never told and many stories that are waiting to be shared.
I suspect that the van journey will take on a life of its own once this starts, in fact, it already has. My little trip down memory lane this past summer will definitely not be soon forgotten!
