I took the Expy in for tires and a fluid flush and fill today. When I set it up I made the comment that I had checked the oil pan and it DOES NOT leak. The tech grinned and continued on. Today when I dropped it off he made a big point to tell me that they would be doing a free inspection. I said great but let them know that if they find it here that I will take it some where else to be checked and fixed. He asked why and I said because I can take it into a different shop every day and their free inspection will find something to be fixed if they will be making the money. The truck always seems to be in a lot better shape when the inspectors are not getting anything out of it.

S o true~!

I have done most all of the work my vehicles need for 50 years, but I am getting to the point that trying to work in tight and tighter spaces is getting tough.
I dread trying to find the honest ones.

Hey guys , I got one of them !
All you gotta do is come upta Maine and Ill introduce him to ya.

Better bring longjohns !!!!!!!!

Would you believe that my 13 year old truck with 92,000 miles on it doesn't have a thing wrong with it? No money, no funny I guess.

It took 11 hours to get the fluids and tires changed. They called at 5:30 to say it was done but it was still on the rack when I got there. They did knock a few hundred off including the tire disposal fee. Good thing because they crammed all 8 tires into the back of the truck. They probably thought I wanted the Wranglers, they have great tread still for 12 year old tires. They were on their own rims and only went on when a big storm was coming or we went 4 wheeling.
