We leave for our 11 week adventure on Sunday, so we figured we should do a test run of what we can fit in the car. It actually wen pretty well. The only thing we need to fit in now is bedding which we are join to put in space bags, and I'm pretty confident we can squeeze it in. Loading and unloading every few days might become a pain, but it is what it is.

The 4 bins are

Bin 1 - Food
Bin 2 - Tent and Air Mattress
Bin 3 - Cooking/Eating accessories (Road Pro, burner, plates, etc.)
Bin 4 - Photography Equipment

Cargo trailer!

Seriously though, hope you have fun.  We leave in 9 days when home is sold.

Exciting, huh?

Keep the pics handy or draw a diagram of your packing, seriously. I jigsaw puzzled a Ford Escort hatchback like that for a multi-week western states trip, the diagram was invaluable. "how did I have this bin turned, and where did this bag get stuffed yesterday"

Awesome! Do you have any sort of special insurance on your camera gear. I got a good bit with me on the road and I'm thinking I should get some sort of protection. BTW, love your photography. Teach me lighting, please? :p

Great idea! It took a lot of frustration to get me to that realization. That and an inventory of what is in what. I'm using a lot of backpack, dry sacs to store stuff and can't see inside.

I do not have insurance on my photo gear, but I probably should
