How do you stay cool in your car while still being able to be stealth?
I don't have a Prius, so I can't run the AC unless I turn my car on which is noisy and against a lot of laws to let your car idle.

I am considering Coolers with a fan on them, but I am open to other options as well.

Sunset...there are some pretty detailed older discussions on what works best in what sort of climate. What is the climate where you'd need stealth cooling? Seems to me this is the hardest thing for most who cannot simply take off for higher elevations.

Dry climate, some sort of swamp cooler works great.

Humid climate, there's not much you can do about the temps besides adapt. Keep your vehicle parked in the shade all day, 4000 pounds of 100 degree steel and plastic take a long time to cool off. Blast the A/C for 15 minutes, then open all the windows and get your fan running. Avoid any exertion for an hour before going to bed; better yet, take a cool bath or shower before going to bed.You will adapt after a few weeks of hot-weather sleeping. If you are rural, other creative solutions exist, such as sleeping in wind gaps and in cooler underground culverts.
