I have been in "analysis paralysis" for a year now, but this last week has had me measure up the interior, order a roll of linoleum flooring, and remove the back seating of my 2009 Grand Caravan. I have been concentrating on hte mechanicals of the van, and I think I am good for now.
Next weekend I am going to tackle the DIY roof rack tarp system as well as getting a sheet of plywood for the floor base.
The back seating was not as difficult as I thought. The biggest problem was the plastic moldings. 2 bolts for each back seat and three each for the two up front. I am eyeing and measuring the front passenger seat for possible reversing. Can anyone point me to Grand Caravan builds on this sight. I think I have exhausted YouTube for now. I am still poking around for Bob's minivan build he did last month. Any links to the PDF blueprints he mentions would be nice. I couldn't find any PDF file on hte Home on Wheel Alliance sight other than an application for help.
