ditto on weight these guys can top the scale for a one ton truck you can lighten them by removing redundant outdated heavy stuff. Those big Lance campers especially. Hay truck scale at the oasis curve Nevada loaded with everything I bring along

Interesting, mind elaborating a little bit? I've been looking at Lance Campers and thinking about some stuff I might be able to take out (water heater etc)
