I am thinking of getting a MondoKing sleeping pad and the issue is I have 69 inches can the extra length curl up the wall, OK? Headed down to REI now and afraid sales person will just tell me what I want to hear.

The more you inflate it the less it's going to want to bend. So I guess the answer is, It depends. Let us know how it works if you go that way. Highdesertranger

I have the same problem with the Thermarest, it's 77" long and my Edge has 66" of space on the diagnal... If you inflate to what you need it doesn't want to fold over well.

What I ended up doing is getting two $20 WM double bed foam mattress topper eggcrate pads, cutting them in half, then cutting them down to 65". I then rolled each up seperately and when needed, unroll them and that makes my multi-layered base.

Unless I am just a clutz, (which is quite possible), you cannot lay the sections on top of each other and roll as they never come out even. So for $40 I have what works.
