I am feeling so loved and cared for. Thank you all for the warm healing thoughts and wishes. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to Katie, who has been here with me through all of this. Thank you so much Cyndi for cleaning up my van and taking care of Tony, including cooking for him. I know I do spoil him. Thank you Letitia for letting Tony sleep with you. He does love to snuggle. What in the world would I do without this tribe?
I am feeling much better today than I was yesterday. We are waiting for the results of some tests and then hopefully they will take this useless gallbladder out of me and I can leave here. Everyone here has been just wonderful to me. If I had to be in a hospital this one is great. An awesome bunch of nurses and Doctors, doesn't hurt that Katie has been bringing them eclairs and cream puffs. GRIN. She knows how to make sure I am well cared for. Again thank you all for your love and caring.
Cheri

So good to hear from you Cheri ... you always put a smile on my face, sick or not. Continued positive vibes, good thoughts and many prayers. Hugs, Suanne

Oh! You're up and typing! That's a good sign! Tish and Tony are getting along real well. Tish has definitely been charmed. Stumpy was a little disappointed Tony wasn't spending the night with us. She was counting on having him for breakfast!

Just a quick update for all of my tribe. Thank you all for the kind thoughts and love you have sent for me. Suanne, I got your card. I would have never thought to email something to a hospital and have them print it out. That is soooo special and I feel so loved. I am feeling much better tonight and they even let me have some juice and tea for dinner. GRIN Oh my that tasted good. The Dr decided not to remove my gallbladder yet. He is letting me leave in the morning and I will continue the antibiotics for a couple of weeks then have it removed. I really just wanted it out of me NOW but he is right in that it will be easier on my body if there is no infection to deal with during the surgery. I am going to Chandler to my son's house and have the surgery done there. I don't think this is a complicated surgery, probably just a one day thing but I will recover with a real potty and shower and Tim there to pamper me. Love living in HULK but sometimes a sticks and bricks is pretty nice too. I am so fortunate that this happened while I was still with the tribe. I can't imagine what I would have done if I had been alone with Tony. HUGS and LOVE to all of you. Cheri

Glad you seem to be doing better. Sister had hers out and it was a fast surgery but you need some recovery time, so good idea finding a place to stay.

Cheri,

So glad you liked the card. It's cool when hospitals provide e-cards for friends/family to send their patients. I'm so glad that your son is fairly close by in Chandler to help you out. Please continue to let us know of your surgery plans and continued recovery.

Much love, Suanne

Cheri,

I'm catching up on posts after getting home a few days ago and I was so sorry to hear that you had gotten sick!

My first thought was for you, but my second was for Tony. Glad he has been in good hands and didn't have to stop being spoiled. I'm sure Cyndi and Katie took great care of you both. What great folks!

I'm hoping maybe the ordeal is over for you by now. At any rate, I know you'll be glad to have this behind you.

Best Wishes and Keep Us Posted!
