Maki2 and bullfrog !, thanks for the information. That was kind of what I expected. Heavy sigh. Eventually I am going to have to get with someone or go to one of the build groups to get my suv (small letters cause small vehicle) set up. I think I have everything I need and probably a lot I don’t need.

I am also in Pirate Camp. Not sure if I will be here until April 15th. That depends on how hot it gets as I do not have AC in my little travel trailer. Just windows, a popup roof area for ventilation, lots of shade cloth and a couple of fans🥵

Seems like Facebook Marketplace is where many people sell used vehicles.

You will ALWAYS get lowball offers no matter where you advertise a used vehicle. Even new car dealerships get ridiculous low ball offers on new and used vehicles. That is just part of how the world spins.

Just have a semi polite response ready. Something like “Nice try but you are wasting your time lowballing me. Have a nice day”. Then disconnect. Use call blocking or if an email mark it as spam if they become a pest.
I agree with you completely. Is indeed how the world spins. But lowballers are like itches in hard to like places. I just say 'thanks but no thanks' when facing one...and hang up. Sometimes I use that in conversations, as well. Metaphorically, anyway.
