Hi Everyone!
We recently left our jobs and house, and moved into our 17 foot Casita travel trailer with our dog. Quite an experience so far.
We were in the Southwest a few months ago but got sick of the cold temperatures and bad weather with snow and freezing temps in TX and NM! We crossed into Mexico and have been exploring ever since. We find that Mexico is truly a beautiful country, filled with extremely friendly people (who are happy with MUCH less than many of us deem necessary in the US or Canada), with great food that differs by region, with perfect weather especially in the highlands of central Mexico (with dry, warm, sunny days and cold nights for a good night's rest). And did I mention the cost of living in Mexico is extremely cheap??? Fresh, organic groceries can be found in any village for a few dollars for a full bag! Medication also is extremely cheap compared to the US.
Anyway, so much to share ... I post regular blog posts about our travels on our blog at https://www.vangophotos.com/blog and on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/vangophotos
I hope to see you in the future on the road!
