Quartsite Big Tent

Jamie here, flying out to AZ for the RTR in Jan 18. I plan on renting a van, buying the bare essentials (sleeping bag, cooler etc) for a week or so visit. I want to go to the Big Tent and look for workamper jobs. Is that happening on the same dates as the RTR? Or does that not start until the 20th. I want to be able to meet potential work camper employers and apply for jobs. I also want to attend the RTR and get to know some of the great people I have been reading about in the formula and on the site. I have bought a van and will start full time in the spring. But will be working till then, so I cant drive out due to time constraints.
