The only thing that gets the white establishments attention is something that costs them money.Thus the rioting and looting.Even then it took 4 days of destruction before a killer cop is arrested.Do you really think he would be in jail if the protests hadn't happened?Hell,he would still be a cop.

Like you, I am upset over what happened. Many people saw the video but few saw what led up to the murder. I am not condoning what happened, but this needs to be investigated by and outside agency.....someone who is not protecting their own. What I dislike is when someone is killed by the police its assumed that all police are bad. There are some bad apples but applying it to everyone is a form of prejudice. That is the same as when someone is attacked by a black man, they assume all black men are thugs. We need to stop the mass judgement and deal with each situation on a case by case.
The protests need to be less violent. What does burning down Target do for the cause? Breaking the law in protest is not right!

I'm closing this thread before it gets out of hand. It has little to do with vandwelling and would be better discussed on a different type of forum.
