Hi, I am 51, divorcing, with 3 young adult kids.
Since I am losing the family home, which is also my permaculture business, I have reinvented my passion into a transitional project work-trading at regenerative projects, ecovillages, and other permaculture enterprises.  I will vlog about these place, my experiences, and all the great ideas I am sure to discover!
Joining me are my 22 year old and my 17 year old, both artists.  I am in the process of renovating a run-down 1984 camper for the kids and will then purchase a van as a tow vehicle for myself.
I am feeling overwhelmed at all the repairs I have taken on with the camper, and all the time it will take to complete the work, but look forward to meeting some of you on the road.
Stay safe and regenerate!

Welcome Adriana to the CRVL forums! To help you learn the ins and outs of these forums, this "Tips, Tricks and Rules" post lists some helpful information to get you started.

Most of our rules boil down to two simple over-riding principles: 1) What you post should provide good information (like your introductory post), and 2) Any response to someone else's post should make them feel glad they are part of this forum community.

We look forward to hearing more from you.

Welcome Adriana, and I wish you best of luck with your plans.
Try to do ONE thing every day, even if that one thing is half, or a tenth of a project. Eventually, things get done...

Welcome to the forum Adriana. Sounds like you’ve got exciting plans I hope it all works out for you and that you keep in contact and let us know how it’s going. Whereabouts are you located and planning to go to? Yeah I know I’m nosy you don’t have to answer that. I am in PA and in less than 100 hours I’m going to be heading south it’s about time.

Welcome to the CRVL Forum  :)

Just reading your post I'm thinking you may make the case for a niche of "Nomadic Entrepreneurs".  Sure your beginnings are humble,  but in time you will be moving past the 84 and up to better rolling stock.  But this is a boot strap start for you.

I have an Art background myself. (in the first link below choose the link which says "My Story" and let your kids read it)   I've also work in corporate business.

Sorry to hear about your divorce, but ironically for so many men this is the new beginning for them at a time in their life when they are more mentally capable of putting a start up together and growing it into a brand.   A lot of people stay married and go down the path of "woulda-coulda-shoulda" while existing in a revolving door lifestyle.

I'd invite you to check out the two links below.  They are free and designed to make the life of nomadic traveler safer, more comfortable, and convenient.

All the best !
