I've been working for about a month now at my former job at Krispy Kreme and I decided several months prior that I would take a "vacation" down to Gulf Shores, AL. Well, the vacation week rolls by and I decided since I couldn't afford to spend a week in Gulf Shores I would spend three days in Memphis to visit family.
I spend those days in Memphis with family and now it's time to go back to Birmingham, AL.
Sitting at my house bored with nothing to do except look at myself in the mirror I decided I was going to overnight it and sleep in my car.
Turns out, It worked better than expected. I parked my car at a abandoned rental property on the Gulf and no one (even the cops) cared to mention. I made sure that I left the property as it was so the "owners" would not know I was there.
I enjoyed the stay, got up at 7:00 AM and headed north to home. Went to a Gas station the next morning and got some coffee and a banana and congratulated myself on a successful, well-hidden night.
