On the road

Hi everyone.<br />I've been off here for awhile. Had my ups and downs, but tomorrow morning I'm hitting the road. I am headed for fresno for awhile, then headed south toward arizona.<br />&nbsp;<br />Looks like my dream may finally be underway. I'm going to a friends in fresno and get some things going, then I'm going to move south toward arizona and end up in quartzsite for the RTR.<br /><br />I still have alot of things to work out, but I'm taking the first step. I'm pretty excited.<br /><br />I will have a lady friend traveling with me to fresno...WOO HOO...just kidding.&nbsp; She is bringing a car up here to her mom and then she will ride back with me. I don't know her and she doesn't know me, But I'm a pretty likeable guy so I think it be fine.<br /><br /><br />Anyway, I will try and take some pics along the way. I'm traveling I5....so not much to see.<br /><br />I guess thats about it....see you down the road.

I made it to fresno. I got here sunday morning to my friends house. We took a trip to the mountains and played golf for the day. I havent played golf for a long time....forgot how bad I am at it, but we had a good time.<br /><br />I will be here for awhile before moving on south. I may be going to palm spring pretty soon, but not sure when.<br /><br />One step at a time and it feels pretty good.

Well this is great news Sid, i am glad you found a way to set sail... Goods for you man... We have moved out of the mountains and onto the high desert N. of Victorville off 395 a few miles... We plan on heading for Qz the first week of Nov. so if ya wanna hook up before then there is plenty of room out here... If not it will be good to see you again, chat and knock back a few cold one's... Email me if you want directions, if not see ya in the sand pit...<br /><br />Steve...

Thanks everyone.<br />Steve I probably wont make it where you are, but I will&nbsp;hopefully see you in quartzsite.<br /><br />Im putting together a trailer to start doing the transport work. If I do any runs to phoenix I will stop by and see you if your in quartzsite.<br /><br />I took my camper off so I can haul with my truck. I took out the passenger seat and made a bed there and I also have my tent.

Hey all, I thought I would give you an update.<br />Im still in fresno. I have a new home. It's a 5th wheel. I posted pics. The dog is gypsy. He's not mine, but he loves me the same. I will probably be around here until I head to the RTR. <br /><br /><br />I hope all is well with you, and may all your dreams come to pass. <br /><br />RTR or bust.<br /><br /> <br />Take one day at a time, and don't forget to enjoy the moments.<br />Peace, brothers and sisters.
