Here is an old article about how to build a bed in an old sedan. This would still work in a euro sedan with a fold down seat. Some american cars now have the same feature.

This is pretty much the idea I had for my car, except I haven't figured out how to move the back seat yet. Very neat.

I have the passenger and rear seat out of my old Mercedes right now and it is just begging me to put a bed in the passenger side.

some of those old cars had trunks big enough to sleep in without mods lol i had an 82 caddy that 3 people could fit inside. we called it the mob trunk lol
