As a whole Harbor Freight products lack any long term service MoJo.
Do I own some of their tools?
Absolutely!
I weigh the job to be done against the odds of EVER doing it again. If it's a one off use, HF tools will probably get the job done on a budget.
If it is any task that you will be using the tools over and over again?
Go buy some real tools.
