NV200 Rear Vents?

The NV200 / City Express, behind the wheel well, there's a small vent on both sides. Any idea where these vents go to?

Having not seen it in person... I'll take a guess that it's a pressure relief vent. Most cars have something like that but usually situated near the door jambs. It usually has a one-way rubber flap that lets out the air pressure the moment you slam the door shut, so the door will close completely and latch...

Correct. If you crawl under the vehicle you'll probably see the other side of the vent. It's probably best if you don't cover the interior portion of it with insulation and paneling.
 
I guess these won't replace any of ventilation that we'd require, thanks for all the answers!
