How safe is it to buy from ebay. Is there "Go Look at It" service any good.

I wouldn't deal with a company that wants 'wire transfer / cash' on ebay, especially since they give no assurances

We are a general trading company and we are unable to test this item. Buyer is responsible for the inspection of the item before making a decision to buy it. The item is sold AS IS – WHERE IS. The item may need service and parts to make it functional. Please buy accordingly.

UH.,  Overpriced and no guarantee as to serviceability.  No thank you.   :dodgy:

Just saying it's a solid platform Ladies and Gentlemen what I have learned from the many used vehicles bought it's always a pig in a poke, used is used no one will offer you a warrantee on a used car besides a big time car dealership, I have never paid for extended warrantee on anything at any time and never will. Take everything the seller tells you with a grain of salt.

IF you were a mechanic and IF you had time and money to travel there to check it out, it MIGHT be a good deal. It doesn't even say it runs. In my opinion, a non running vehicle is worth scrap metal prices. Repairing diesel problems can cost more than the vehicle is worth.

I tried to find the selling company by internet search. Could not locate it.
They could say it does or does not run. Needs a jump start, whatever, like the government auctions do.
They don't because they are hiding something else besides their location and their business name.
Unless you are in LA area to go physically to the location and inspect the vehicle, then it is to be avoided.

You must need to work on your search skills.
