:) Congratulation :)

I'm sure it took you quite sometime to get there, well here, well ready to go. It's great. Good for you.

I hope you're traveling is even better than you were dreaming it would be.

Welcome- I too, am in/from Oregon.
Wish you could take a jaunt through the Albert Rim area.. vast open, seemingly empty, area. The history and info about the ecosystem are posted at the rest area on the east side of the road. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Abert_Rim) Maybe some day on your way back Oregon-wards..?

Another Oregon resident here.

I'm from the Southern Coastline.

Good luck on the road, and enjoy your retirement!

I'll never retire, as I'll never find an end of things I wanna build, and create.

wow lots of people from orygon. I agree US395 though Oregon is beautiful. Abert rim is truly stunning, and on the other side of it, in the vast Oregon outback is the Oregon sunstone area, a must for rockhounds. I do love the John Day, Mt Vernon, Canyon City area I almost bought property there in the late 70's . highdesertranger
