Hey everyone !!! I am hzl333   how are you?? So I am new to his idea, & LOVING IT, Anyone here do this lifestyle in a TENT TRAILER???? ( not sure if I am asking in right place)

Hi hzl333- intros go in the newcomers forum so you're batting .1000! Welcome to the forum. As to your question, I don't know what a trailer tent is, tent on a trailer? Anyways, that might get better answers in another subforum. So...you're batting .500 now, still Hall of Famer stats!!

If you have a pic of your trailer tent, I would find that pretty interesting. Best of luck!

Welcome! If it's like a pop up Coleman camper, they're pretty cool and really easy to take anywhere.

Welcome hzl333 to the CRVL forums! To help you learn the ins and outs of these forums, this "Tips & Tricks" post lists some helpful information to get you started. We look forward to hearing more from you. I lived out of a tent trailer for about 6 months. depends on where you will be if it will work out or not. highdesertranger

Welcome!!!
They are light weight, inexpensive to buy and maintain, and they fold down and you can see over top of them when looking in your rear view mirror and changing lanes. What's not to love??????
Just make sure after a rain you dry it out well.
Have fun!!!!!!
Yeah!

Welcome to the forum!

I haven't been in a tent trailer since I was a kid but I know there are those that are made for very rugged off road use.

Welcome! I am very familiar with tent trailers as I started out with a used one in the early 80's and have had 3 more since that time. The longest we stayed in one continuously was 5 1/2 month, from May to through September, just outside Tucson, AZ - desert heat & monsoons. I always loved them, but now, getting older, way older, we just sold ours a couple months ago and went hardside. Always loved sleeping in the tent ends with the fresh air and sounds of nature!

Welcome aboard and yes lots of people use those trailers.
Do you have one already?
Whatever you're comfortable in.

Ask all the questions you want , lots of people with all kinds of rigs so there will usually be a bunch with experience with any kind you are thinking about.
It's rare to buy your last rig first....
