Newbie Coming to the RTR

Have been wanting to attend the RTR ever since I found out about it. I too can blame it all on Bob. Have been watching YouTube vids. This led to doing a little solo car camping. Car camping gave me insights into what does and doesn't work for me. Talking about it all led my hubby telling me what his future needs would be to travel. 

Made an impromptu decision and we are flying into Phoenix.  We are renting a passenger van to explore and hold up in. Never have been crazy about crowds :s and it sounds like Quarzite can be a busy place in January.

I retire this June and my hubby three years from then.  Currently I have been suffering from itchy feet. Don't know if it's a temporary condition or a chronic one. Have to explore all options and ya all seem like the best people in a great place to do it. Thank you all.

I went to my first RTR last year for a short stay and really liked it, as I am sure you will, too.  Will see you there this year, too.  Your itchy feet will only get itchier - I bet Ha! Ha!

It is a huge place, you won't be crowded unless you want to be.
