Hello all, Ive learned a lot from all of you already, its about time I join and introduce myself.  
My house is in the process of being sold, and hopefully soon I will be joining your ranks. Im 55 and will be semi retired I hope,  I drive tractor trailers, and I think I can work seasonally.  My plan is to follow the better weather in winter and maybe return to NY in summers to see family.  I cant wait to meet y'all!  Take care, and be well
