New to the forum, but not the YouTube Channel

Hi there. I've been doing quite a bit of research on the nomadic life for some time now and I'm seriously considering joining the lifestyle. For now I still own a home in California but I'm essentially retired and nothing is keeping me tied in place and I must admit I'm feeling a serious case of wanderlust. I'm hoping I can get some good info here in the forums that will make me decide one way or the other. I'm experienced with hiking and camping and am no stranger to minimalist living, I am a survivalist at heart as well as an adventurer so the life definitely appeals to me.

Welcome to the CRVL forums psyekl! If you're not sure about a full-time nomadic life buy or borrow a van or RV and try it out for a few months. If you don't want to go home then you'll be happy as a nomad.
