<span style="font-size: medium;">I have been reading posts and blogs on different sites for a month or so and decided I probably should hang out here with you folks. You all seem to be grounded well for the most part, I have to say I have laughed alot at some of the forum rants as they seem to tend to go pretty far out there at times but as you get to know me you will note that I certainly can too. My family is very supportive in the fact that I'm having a very good time living in my little camper (sis did make me move to her yard for the winter). Right now they let me get away with alot as I have a very limited time on this world or so they tell me that (Crappy ticker, tripple widow maker was their words). I let the family worry and fuss to an extent but I draw the line when and where I can. I is my wish however to spend as much time loving teaching and enjoying them as I can until I get to go to the big party in the sky to be reunited with my best friend and loved one David who left us 2 1/2 years ago. I have a Yorkie named precious (a present from dave 11 years ago) and a shitzu we rescued from the highway 9 years ago they let me share the camper with them but have decided I am their slave. Anyway enough rambling for now just saying hey to all and thanks for such a great place to hang out.</span>

Thanks just checked out your blog, have to share I would rather stay away from the peops and have homemade anyday you would be amazed at some of the things that you can cook on open fire. Over the summer had a big following of weekend riverrats that came down to our camp for the fixins we came up with, the pizza's and stromboli's were really popular.

Dragonflyinthesky, I love the post you put out and just to share I have for 30 years told all the little girls in our family (15 so far) about our magic fairytale powers (used only for good of course) we have in our blood. It's their favorite bedtime story.<br />Enough about that I have a 24ft 1968 concord, in the process of restoration ok really its retrofitting. My curtains I have just made are out of really cool 60's/early 70's fabric. I have upholstered one wall out of original 60's fabric, the old fashioned heavy corduroy ( the wildhaired light colored dog thinks it's her personal scratching wall). I have recovered the built in couch/2nd bed cushions in some fabric that is new but looks like the good old stuff. And now am working on how the heck to fit my 50in flatscreen in the front of the camper under the cabinets. Any suggestions out there would be very helpful. I already took out the table and am working on removing the both on the outside, I have turned the one next to the counter under the front window into shelfs and extended the counter across to the end so it pretty much raps around most of the front.Also have a full bathroom (lucky me).<br />Ok that enough about me sorry I'm so long winded here. I have though about that but I worry about the weight of it, I just want to make sure where ever I hang it the weight will be supported as I would totally cry if it fell and broke I have put it off for 6 months but now that it's colder outside i have been forced to stay in more. And I am having such a hard time seeing the 27 inch (my heart meds are taking out my eyesight slowly but hey the ticker onky beats with the meds). I will figure it out one way or the other, keep those ideas rolling anything helps.

<br /><br />I think the trick here is to shore up wherever you mount it in such a way that it will not fall.&nbsp; Do NOT hang it up using bent coat hangers or the like.&nbsp; Get yourself a good "handy-person".&nbsp; It can be done.&nbsp; Good luck with whatever you decide.<br /><br />Bodhi

Welcome Milli; and don't ever think doctors know everything. My FIL had the same issue and left us 17 years after being told he had very little time.

Serephim. I know they really have no clue other than saying we could replace the aorta not for me though the good lord gave me this heart and this is the one I'm meant to have. Nothing against transplants for others just not for me. As long as I have a few comforts in life and am not in too much pain I'm happy.

hey blkjak I lived there for almost a year many many many moons ago, clearwater area. it was fun for awhile but no so much with season change, I like me some snow in the winter. Plastic santas on the causways made me cry had to go back north. Great place to visit, but I guess i wouldnt make a good snowbird. Glad to be here and meet ya
