Hello, just wanted to introduce myself.<br><br>My name's Chris, just bought a 1991 Chevy G20 Conversion Van to live in 5 days out of the week while continuing my college education.&nbsp;<br><br>I plan to park near campus during the week, spending most of my time on campus using their facilities and such anyway and then commute back home on the weekends to resupply and recharge vs. the other option of commuting every day. Thus saving myself a lot of money and greatly reducing emissions.&nbsp;<br><br>So far I've cleaned out the inside leaving only the 2 front seats and am beginning the process of building a bed frame, small kitchen, and wardrobe.&nbsp;<br><br>I'm wiring up two 6v energizer golf cart batteries to recharge my cell phone and laptop as well as powering a small light fixture and a fan if it gets hot. In the future, if I can afford, I would like to add solar panels.<br><br>I've been reading through the forums and website and am grateful for all the tips provided here. Thank you!
