I have posted this many times.  please do not think Car Fax as the last word as far as vehicle history.  many shops,  in fact most shops do not report to Car Fax.  highdesertranger

While you are absolutely right, if a Carfax report DOES reveal something, it's probably something you are better off knowing.

OP this is true, I just don't want people to think that if car fax comes back clean everything is good. vehicle still could have had a whole bunch of problems or accidents. highdesertranger
