I just removed a stereo and fuse strip from behind the driver seat. I want to mount the battery box here and vent it through the sliding window, or a hole in the side of the van. Right now I'm left with all these wires I don't need and I'm afraid there my be power running to them which could cause a problem if the batteries are in this area. My first thought is to wrap up each connector with electrical tape and tie them up as neatly as possible. Other option is put batteries somewhere else. If there is no real risk here I can just shove them back in the hole and mount the box. I have the same thing going on above the front seats where I removed the tv and vcr, not as many wires though. Sorry I couldn't make the picture bigger.
