Need battery rack ideas

I just picked up 148 lipo pouch style batts. Now need to rack them and hit a wall on ideas

7 packs in serries. Each pack of 21cells in parallel with one spare.

Might be able to do the same thing with a drill press and some boards.

Edit to add: A Zip saw and a jig would probably work too.

The simple way is to use some Kapton tape. https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_nkw=kapton+tape
And then any box.

Either a box for each handful of paralleled cells, or a box for all of them.

The cells need space between them to swell and maybe for ventilation too.

I was thinking of screwing the tabs to posts and the posts to a common rail

Screw the tabs to a dowel cut just a little longer than the cell is wide. Drill dead end (blind) holes in a couple of boards and put the dowels into the boards, one board each side. The two smaller boards at the ends to hold the first 2 boards together and keep the dowels from coming out.

I like that idea pretty inexpensive and make it easy to remove for service or replacement
