Name of fastener

I'm stumped for the best keywords to use when doing a search for something like this (see photo).

I'm hoping to find the exact same thing only smaller and thin.
I want to use them around my window frames in my truck topper (using the frame hex screws). My window coverings are made of reflectix with cloth spray glued on both sides. I want eye hooks for paracord to keep them in place, since they don't stay up by tucking them into the frame.

I used the little plastic tubing holders that come with solar rope lights at Harbor Freight. You might have better luck looking at electric wire loom or tubing hangers.

What are the dimensions of those items? Maybe you could cut pieces from hanger strap:

You could also replace select screws with a "Screw Eye" for a direct cord mount...........Elastic paracord is available

You can also use screen clips. Another easy to find hardware store item. The existing screws or slightly longer new ones go through the hole and the window coverings slip underneath the projecting retainer area. They come in various heights on the shank the screw goes through. I use them in my fiberglass travel trailer to hold the lower edge of my roller blinds against the wall. My travel trailer has sloped sides so the lower edge of the shades when lowered is further away from the wall than shade at the top edge of the window.

One more idea which I have used to suspend window coverings from a screw fastener. You can find plastic clothes pins or metal clamps used for holding papers together or bag clips that have a holes in the clip handles. Your screws fasten it to the walls by going through the hole in one side of the clip. The plastic clothes pins with a hole in them would be something you could find on Amazon. They will not be expensive. The metal clips are something I sometimes see in the craft section at dollar stores or in office supplies. Bag clips are everywhere.

My mind has long since been deliberately trained to see all kinds of possible uses from fasteners and materials. I used to wonder how people could see how to make stuff out of junk. Then I realized it is just like most skills, you developed it through practice. No magic needed, no genius brain needed either. Just awareness of what is around you.

Ive used the D rings with clips quite a bit, they are heavier duty than the picture hanging type. The ones I get are used in saddle making and leather work, you can hook a heavy duty bungee cord on them and not hurt them.

Ive used them for curtains in the pickup camper using smaller size bungee cords for curtain hangers, as well as for keeping stuff in place while driving. I have them on the dog platform to keep various things in place when driving (and in case of sudden stops or wreck) and so the dog doesnt step on them and stuff end up all over in the middle.

Ive also used them as a tie-open for the camper door for a bungee to hook to, and on the outside front of the shell to use with a make-your-own length type bungee wrapped over the top of the shell that Id tuck a sheet under for shade over the cab of the truck, tucking in under the wipers when the dog was in the truck or i just didnt want it to get so hot.
