as some of us will be spending Christmas alone or with friends and family I have spent most of my holidays  alone sense my wife died .I really like being with my pack and a very few friends that I have.  but being positive with new things and starting new adventures with our lives and showing people they can try new things and may  want to do them full time .I am still getting rid of stuff so one step at a time  so merry Christmas to all

Buster,

Also spending Christmas alone this year. Never my favorite way to do it.  The holiday just isn't designed for that, and so makes it particularly difficult for people doing it that way.

Thanks for your positive perspective on that and on the promise of new beginnings. Something I've been giving a lot of thought to recently.

Christmas wish:

Merry Christmas and sending warm fuzzies to everyone -- you are not alone.

:D MERRY CHRISTMAS and I wish a Happy Holiday Season to everyone no matter what their beliefs are.

Yesterday a former  neighbor and still friend informed me that Dec. 25 is a Pagan holiday.  my response was " I guess I've been called worse" and to myself "by better".

Queenie and I will spend time in the Aliner TT.  A  roof over our heads that is ours and even tho only having 2 wheels it is OK with us.  My standard Christmas meal without other 2 legged folks to mess with me is Hormel beef tamales smothered with Wolf brand chili,  chopped onions and shredded cheese.  I reckon itsa Texas kind of thang.

Peace To Us All

Jewellann and Queenie,  she's really digging the new van!

Merry Christmas to you and everyone here. I'll also be spending Christmas alone, well almost alone, got my faithful 4 legged companion with me as always. However, I did spend some time with family tonite. On the closing stretch of the house remodel and anxious to get it done so I can start focusing on my travel rig plans and build. Tomorrow is hanging doors and trimming out the windows.

Merry Christmas to you all. I'm on my sister's couch for the holiday. It was my first time witnessing the Xmas chaos parents go through for their kids. Quite a spectacle.

My mother made the family take each piece of tape carefully off the wrapping paper, then fold the paper and give it to her, before we could fully open a present. 60-some years later, I still have some of that paper, with a myriad of name tags still on. I used it for some of my daughter's presents in her young years. Something about that silly tradition turned out very cool.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to everyone!

hi setting here looking out of the window looking at fog what a great day

i am one of the ones that really does not do the  holidays i believe Christmas is when i personally choose it to be Christmas any time of the year

I am doing what I have on Christmas morn for as long as I can remember. Watching the Yule log on TV while I wait for Zach to get up. It's a fireplace with Christmas music started in the 50's here by Channel 2 . I will not be here for Christmas to watch the Channel 2 version again but there are many other versions on the net now.

My holiday wish is that everybody can just learn to get along......................

But that would take all the fun out of family gatherings!

Merry Christmas folks!

It's a smaller gathering than usual this year. I've got my mom, two of my sisters, a niece and maybe a nephew coming to my place in a few short hours. I've got bread rising in the kitchen and ham that my mom dropped off a couple days ago waiting to go in the oven. Everyone else is bringing everything else.

Merry Christmas To All from central Kansas where we are still trying to get out of the area. Woke to thick fog but almost 60 degrees but with a wind whipping through the Flint Hills that could carry away a horse! Come to think of it, I haven't seen any horses lately.

Merry Christmas everybody. Not sure a White Christmas was what I wanted, but is what I got.
Family and friends are many miles away.

I've just been listening to White Christmas by Johnny Mathis on the laptop. I wonder if your van is what he had in mind when he sang that song?  ;-)

Some friends are not so far away -- just the short distance to your computer.

Merry Christmas to you also.
