^^^^ I agree. I eat a bit of Wakame dried seaweed everyday just for the iodine.

Frequent urination can also be a symptom of Type II diabetes.

Iodized sodium or salt in the US will do it: almost all salt in US is iodized. Sodium makes you pee too, as a diuretic. It's not healthy, but it is an essential activity. Sodium is most of your body's cells I believe; and in most of the food chain with sugar right beside of it (also a sludgy vein diuretic.)

You guys (or guise') out West are in danger of low sodium. It's very dangerous. Remember, drink your pee in an emergency: it's virtually anti-septic. That's what they said in RN school anyway. I always keep it in mind traveling out West, since Electrolytes control your health like no other factor: really!

I have been trying this technique for the past 2 days. So far, it's working great for me.

Now I need to develop a technique to prevent scaring anyone else belied up to the urinals.

Remember guys, if you shake it more than twice you're playing with it.

LMAO.................then I must be "playing" Alot!

I spent 2 nights in the hospital got too low so I salt everything and when I get my sodium checked every six months or so it's always at the low end of the scale.

Prepared foods usually have a ton of salt, sometimes a week's worth in a single serving. And it's not just in obvious things like potato chips or salami, but in things like bread and muffins, peanut butter, even soda, too. In fact a lady I know just had her doctor tell her to cut back on the diet soda because it has too much salt. If you eat much at all in the way of prepared foods, you are unlikely to have to worry about not having enough salt unless you either have a condition of some sort or are subjecting your body to a lot of heat stress. At least that's what the articles I've read over the last 30 years have consistently said.
