I guess that's a problem with the Yuma area, it rarely gets below freezing to kill off the mosquitos. Plus that huge agricultural area between Imperial and Yuma undergoes constant irrigation. FWIW, I don't remember any mosquitos around Quartzsite, nor in Ehrenberg up on the mesa. There may be some down by the river however. (???)
