Congratulations, but why such a low price?  Does it need a lot of work?  

I just found a 2000 190 in mint condition with 47K mi., but it's $29,000.   I've never seen one for $4,500 that hadn't been on fire at some point.

Owner was an older guy who used to full-time in it with his wife. Wife's since passed and he just got himself a 5th wheel so I think he just wanted to get rid of it.

Well , except mockturtle ,,,,,I've got a friend who has one of those Bengals ,,,, "Dream Mobiles", his is a Dodge 4WD /Cummins diesel+ Alison trans . Satellite Dome , Compost toilet ....BUT they aren't very stealthy!
Every day at least a dozen people stop to stare and drool!
