As I just posted, I looked at the van today. Definitely had rust issues. He is definitely trying to pull something to sell the van for close to $4000. I was willing to give the van a shot if he came down in price as everything can be fixed.... but the rusty frame is a no go. Turns out is was formerly a Class B with the fridge and generator pulled so it wouldnt be that stealthy either.
