Just got an interesting solar quote

I just got my solar quote from AltE. I know it's pricey, but it includes a $2300 battery so that's the bulk of it.  It looks good, thought I'm probably going to go up to 600w of solar and a larger charge controller. I asked them for soup to nuts solar/battery/charging including charging from AC/Shore power/generator, solar, and charging from the alternator. This is the list they gave me. Does anyone have any opinions on what they're offering or anything missing from the list? As far as I can tell, it looks like it's got everything, but a disinterested party having a look would be welcome.

I do. I had already purchased a 2000w pure sine inverter. It's more than I'll need but I've already paid for it.

I'm a newby at solar also but I'm getting a 305 watt panel with the possibility of a second panel later and was advised a 40 amp mppt controller would be required if using one controller. I decieded that if I get a second panel I would just buy a second controller. The reason I did this was I was concerned about heat build up and I also was concerned about condensation build up from using propane to heat in my small space as I wanted a controler that did not use a fan for cooling.

I *think* I can fit a second 300w panel on the roof so I told them to make changes to the quote to reflect a second panel and a larger MPPT controller. That hopefully will be coming tomorrow. 

The promaster is 65.something" wide at the roof so the panels should be able to sit across the roof. At 40ish" wide, I'm hoping that I will have enough length left for two plus the section for the vent fan and AC. If not, I'll back down to just one 300w panel.

The system I purchased was through Northern Arizona Wind and Sun. 305 panel, 30amp MPPT controler, mounting feet and cables no batteries or inverter as per Bob's video and 7% discount $571.39. The panel is about 5 1/2' x 3 1/3'.

Which video did he say not to buy batteries or inverters? I must have missed that. Was it just because you could get better deals or better batteries through other sources? 

My initial quote, minus the battery, and not including the extra charging hardware was pretty close in price to what you're talking about with pretty similar specs so the price seems decent. I'm just wanting to make sure the options they've given me are good ones and that I'm not missing anything. So far it looks good.

Some of the little stuff seems to be missing like glands to get the cables inside and sealant for the penetrations.

Do you already have a fuse block for your house loads?

I do not. Right now I have no electrical system but that which came with the cargo van. I bought an inverter. My shore power inlets are coming any day now. Other than that, I've got nothing.

You have a good basic solar quote. You will be needing odds and ends to complete the installation. I am sure if your vendor was installing it, they would be included in the quote.

WOW,that is one high priced battery.I didn't see an amp hr rating for it.

It's a 300ah LFP battery. That's why it's so pricey.

Yeah,I had already figured the AH out.I didn't think the purchaser realized how little power that is.

It's equivalent to close to 600aH AGM, because lithium batteries can be discharged up to 90% rather than the 50% for other types. It's a hefty battery.

Because I can drain it down a lot farther than any of the lead acid batteries, it's the equivalent of twice the capacity in SLA. 300ah should be enough for everything I need that doesn't require the generator.
