Florida St got their ass handed to them last night by Boston College 28-13. Lookin like it’ll be a long season for my Seminoles.

BC got off to a 21-6 lead on a complete lack of Seminole defense and with the help of Florida State miscues the Eagles coasted from there.


Sorry HC; no fan of SoCal here unless they’re playing Ohio St or Notre Dame and we get them in The Big House on the 21st. My SC hatred goes back to the Charles White “td” fumble in the ‘79 Rose Bowl vs ichigan that every1 in Murahka watching could see except the ref standing yards away looking square at it. Won’t say that game was rigged but if it looks like a duck……..

I’ll see u in a few weex but y mind is on Texas this week.

The Big Game this week is in Ann Arbor at The Big House where my ichigan Wolverines host the 4th Ranked Texas Longhorns.

Kickoff is 12noon ET on FOX.

Will ichigan’s Offense against the Longhorn’s Defense be able to control this game in a deliberate & methodical ground & pound fashion?

Special Teams look about equal on paper.

Games like this come down to which team makes the fewest mistakes: turnovers, penalties or a play on special teams……..

Texas Longhorns 31 ichigan Wolverines 12

My Wolverines got ran over by a Longhorn Stampede……..
This game shows the difference in the play of a 3 year veteran quarterback who will be in the NFL next year vs a walk on quarterback who played little in high school and started only his 2nd game.
Michigan needed to avoid turnovers to have a chance to win this game and that did not happen.
2 interceptions and a fumble and with a shanked punt……effectively 4 turnovers by the Wolverines to none for Texas.

Texas reminded me alot of last years National Champions Michigan Wolverines and maybe this will be the Longhorns year.

The bulk of the NFL season starts today. Redzone and i will be hanging out all day. Snacks and drinks are ready.

Im actually not a big pro sports fan at all but i will be tuning in somewhat to todays NFL……..

Will keep an eye on the Chargers formerly known as San Diego because of former ichigan player & coach Jim Harbaugh; who is now Chargers Head Coach. Harbaugh was QB at 〽ichigan when I went there. No, I never attended any games and saw him play as I was far to busy working on my graduate engineering degree to be bothered with sports.

Will also tune in to the Cowboys game as The G.O.A.T. aka Tom Brady - another former
ichigan Quarterback great - makes his debut as FOX game analyst. Listening to TB - The Talking Head - is going to crack me up.

Great News for us western College Football fans.

The PAC 2 (aka PAC 12) is now the PAC 6. The Pac-12 officially pivoted to a new era Thursday morning, announcing that Boise State, Fresno State, Colorado State and San Diego State will join the conference beginning with the 2026-27 school year. They’ll join Oregon State and Washington State, schools that remained when the conference was left in ruins a year ago following the departure of 10 schools

We just need 2 more schools by July 2026 to reach the NCAA minimum of eight to be considered a FBS conference.

I also think the different conferences need to drop the numbers from their names and get more creative. This 2-6-10-12-stuff is getting confusing.

The Wolverines coming off last weex loss should have no problems with the Wolves but we’ll see.

0-3 winless. The Seminole season apparently will be dismal.

My Wolverines fared better with a 28-18 very unimpressive win over Arkansas State. Tho Michigan is 2-1, There are signs that this season, too, may turn into disaster.

Southern California Trojans visit Ann Arbor taking on my ichigan Wolverines.


The most egregious Referee fail in college football history occurred in the ‘79 Rose Bowl when everyone in Murahka witnessed Charles White, USC running back obviously fumble the ball well short of the goal line and the Referee looking square at the play ruled this a Touchdown! Enabling USC to fraudulently get credit for winning this rigged game.

F#ck USC forever. They are on my list of hated teams with Ohio State, Notre Dame & Mich St.

I’m not feeling very confident at all about this matchup as SoCal has looked impressive and the Wolverines haven’t looked good at all.

Florida State Seminoles are hosting the California Bears in Tallahassee. The Seminoles are having a bad season 0-3 but can turn it around vs Cal 3-0.

1979? Did they use instant replay in that game? I have lost count of the blown or missed calls during my years of watching football. One coach I had in HS said if a single play determined the outcome, we should have played harder. Rather harsh, but hard to argue with.

It should be a good game today. I think Mich will really miss Harbaugh before this season is done. I am certainly enjoying watching him and the SD Chargers this year.

Welcome to the Big Ten USC!
This game is an instant classic. A lil of everything and a lot of back & forth intensity and football game drama with ichigan pulling it out scoring the winning touch down with 37 seconds left in the game.

Florida State 14 Cal 9

It was 7-6 at half time; FSU leading and I couldn’t keep my eyes open any longer and went to sleep.

Glad the ‘Noles pulled it out in the 4th qwarter after trailing 9-7. Studying the game play by play and Team game stats I can say this was a game between to middling teams that made mistakes.

But! The Seminoles eeked out their first win of the season that was desperately needed.

The Seminoles are looking for a 2nd victory over the 3-1 Mustangs.

Bad Call! The referee failure in the ‘79 Rose Bowl is not the most egregious college football history. The offside call in this Minn vs. Mich game is now the worst. Mich might have still won - but maybe not. The players and not the refs should have been given the chance to decide it.

ichigan 27 - Minnesota 24

This game was a tale of 2 halves with Minnesota making tons of mistakes on offense, defense and special teams with ichigan taking advantage of and leading 21-3 at halftime.

The 2nd half was similar to the first half except it was the Wolverines turn to make endless mistakes as the Golden Gophers took advantage to get back in the game.

The closing possessions by both teams lead to a classic edge of seat nail biting finish as ichigan hung on for the win to keep the Little Brown Jug in Ann Arbor!


SMU 42 - Florida State 16
Lookin like it’ll be a long season for the Seminoles as they fall to 1 - 4.
Not much to elaborate on as one miscue after another was committed by FSU and the score properly displays the good old fashioned whoopin that the Seminole play deserved.

ITS FRIDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL!

The 6th ranked Oregon Ducks hosting the Michigan State Spartans.
Kikoff at 6pm PT on FOX

I probably won’t be able to keep my eyes open past halftime but this game should be over by then anyway and I’m looking forward to the Spartans getting a good ass whoopin laid on them by the Dux.


21-0 at halftime Dux. Should be 35-0 except Oregon’s all everything QB threw 2 red zone interceptions at the goal line.
Final: Oregon 31-10 as Michigan State scored 10 4th qwarter garbage time points when Oregon had the bench scrubs in the game.

Always nice to see Sparty git they ass kikt.

Clemson Tigers at Florida St Seminoles in Tallahassee, Florida. Clemson is ranked and the Seminoles ain’t…….

I’m just hoping for a decent showing at home vs Clemson as it is looking like FSU has checked out for the season.

ichigan’s first road test of the season and it’s a tuff one. 2500 miles to play a team bent on revenge. The Wolverine’s play this season has been uninspiring but they’ve played well enough to eke out 4 wins. The same uninspiring play can be said also of Washington.

Both teams are completely different from the head coaches to the ball boys so to call it a “rematch” is abit of a stretch but I’m sure Husky fans view it that way.

If ichigan can keep from turning the ball over; continue their run dominate ways, pass just enuff and play their usual stout defense; I think they can escape with the Win but…..Washington.
