it is a nice package and a very rare one at that, in really good nick for it's age, I don't think it is overpriced or too old, if that was restored to original condition it would be worth four times what they are asking. It is hard to come by packages like this both of the same era, with a one owner history all in original condition. The only down side to this rig compared to a new one is the driveability, it will not handle like a newer camper outfit, doing long distances in it would be a lot more tiresome but if you are not in a hurry and don't mind a real truck feel this is a great set up. You will not loose money on this one, it will only appreciate if you pay 4,000, 5,000 or 6,500 for it in 5 years it will be worth that and more. She is a real beauty.

I not an old ford guy but I like it. it looks like the truck and camper are in great shape. needs a paint job, I am not a fan for the twin I-beam front suspension, but they are super strong. it has a 2 knob radio(a plus) some idiot didn't hack up the dash to put a modern radio in. I think it's defiantly worth looking at. highdesertranger
