<p>for my doggie I have used frontline,&nbsp; revolution,&nbsp; and now advantx.&nbsp; so I rotate and only use during peak season not much need in the winter.&nbsp; though the tv commercials say other wise.&nbsp; highdesertranger</p>

I haven't used revolution, but frontline worked with mites while advantage didn't.

my late $.02<br>mosquitos don't like me but wasps love me, ticks and leaches only like me a little(i'll get one or two and everyone else i was with will have 5-10)... spiders also love me when i'm sleeping, sneaky bastards i'll just wake up and have a new bite on my leg or arm. <br>i wonder what all these bugs know about my blood that i don't? maybe it's my junk food and no water diet<br><br>how about those repelling or killing lantern things? work pretty good at sticks and bricks houses<br><br>the flea and tick collars never worked on my huskies, probably because of the double coat... my next husky i will try some sort of pill.

I use Bens 100% deet, therma-cell and since I camp, tiki torches with citronella.&nbsp; Deep woods off has about 25% deet, Ben's is 100%.&nbsp; I also eat lots of garlic and sulfur type foods, eggs and broccoli.&nbsp; Yea the gas stinks, it is my tent security system.&nbsp;
