I'm looking at various solar panels and see the following:

100W Watts Solar Panel 12V Volt Poly Off Grid Battery Charge OY
S2, SK, HM, KJ, TO  etc...

What if anything do these letters mean?

I've seen a couple of those abbreviations in electronics but not in relation to solar panels....did they have numbers beside them?

No, just the two letters.... I'm just going to order a second eco-worthy panel to match what I already have. If it's too confusing - I don't have time for it in my short life .

bpdchief,

Would you please post a link(s) using those abbreviations?

My curiosity is unleashed.

Then IRL same brand, same specs

Voc/Vmp more important than lsc/lmp

is just fine, doesn't need to be the same run from the same factory like for a battery bank.

The item is the same, price is $94.x9, and many of the images are the same.

One difference is the two characters appended.

The other difference is the seller.

OY is OhBuyBuyBuy. SS is singshopping1. S2 is service2worldwide. HM is homexpress1.
